Every plan does the whole loop: save references, take them apart, write your own version, publish it. Plans differ by how much you do, never by what you can do.
What counts
A swipe is anything you keep in your library: an image, a PDF, a video, a web page, a pasted piece of text. It counts once, for as long as you keep it.
A piece is analysed from your first annotation on it. Going deeper on the same piece never costs another slot, and removing every annotation gives the slot back.
Prices in USD and exclude sales tax. Stripe works out the tax from your billing address and shows it as its own line before you pay, so the total on the payment screen is the total.
